 Mentor Expectations

COMMIT TO:

  1. Attend monthly group Life Skills classes as often as you can, if you cannot attend, let us know (you may be asked to transport your mentee if needed).

  2. Meet monthly, 1 on 1, in the community with your mentee working through the Transitions Toolkit and having fun.

  3. Connect with your mentee during off weeks via phone, text, social media or whatever medium you can get them to respond.

  4. A minimum of 1 year with your mentee.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

Must complete a level 2 background check 

Must attend a half-day training
