Housing Application
Ready to Build a Strong Foundation for Your Future?
Harbor58's transitional housing program is being designed for young adults who are ready to take the next step toward independent living in a safe, supportive community.
Our future campus will feature private villas where residents can live while working toward personal, educational, career, and financial goals. Each resident will receive individualized support, practical life skills training, and meaningful relationships designed to help them move toward long-term stability and independence.
While construction is underway, we are currently accepting interest forms from young adults who would like to be considered for future housing opportunities.
Please note: The Harbor58 campus is still under development. While timelines may change, the earliest projected move-in date is late spring or summer 2027.
Residents accepted into the program can expect access to:
• A private studio apartment in a safe and supportive living environment
• Individualized goal planning and coaching
• Assistance obtaining important documents and navigating adult responsibilities
• Educational and career support
• Financial education and budgeting support
• A trained mentor for encouragement and guidance
• Opportunities to participate in matched savings and asset-building programs
• Life skills classes focused on housing, employment, transportation, health, financial wellness, and relationships
• Community-building activities that foster connection, belonging, and personal growth
• Access to on-site support services and resources designed to help residents succeed
• A caring community committed to helping young adults thrive
Who Should Apply?
This program is designed for young adults who are committed to working toward greater independence and are willing to actively participate in the goals they help create.
Submitting an interest form does not guarantee acceptance into the housing program. As housing becomes available, qualified applicants may be invited to complete additional application steps, interviews, and assessments.
